Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel's journey at any time through the Royal Mail tracking system.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning items and requesting refunds. Please read this policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

14-Day Return Window

You have a 14-day window to initiate a return after receiving your item.

Clearance Sale Collection cannot be returned

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Customer-Paid Return Courier Costs

Customers are responsible for the return courier costs, which means you need to arrange and pay for the return shipping of the item, even when returning an item for a replacement.

Returns Policy

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post, in such circumstances returns and refunds cannot be issued.

It is advised you to keep the postal tracking number and to ensure you have insurance for your return package.

The processing time for your return may vary based on our level of busyness. If we are particularly busy, it could take up to 10 days to process your return from the date we receive it. Additionally, during Ramadan, the processing time may extend to up to 21 days.

Promotional offers received upon any orders will not be eligible as a part of that promotion after any returns will be reflected in refunds. Original delivery charges are non-refundable and if the delivery charges were waived being the part of a promotion, refund will be excluding the delivery fee.

For orders cancelled once the goods have been dispatched. Such cancellation of orders will result in a refund of the products, less any costs incurred by us in recovering the items back to warehouse.

We recommend you to refuse the delivery upon arrival if you have already cancelled the order. This shall benefit you as you will not have to pay for returning your order back to us.

Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled, washed, fabrics that are damaged, pulled or altered will not be accepted. We advise that when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make-up or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item.

Habibi Thobe will not refund any goods that have been signed for by another delivery address, or for items returned to us which are lost and fail to reach us. Please make sure items are accompanied by a tracking number provided by your courier company.

You will be responsible for arranging and paying for shipment upon accepting your return request. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To facilitate an exchange, you have two options:

Fastest method:
Return the item you have.
Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
Let us handle the exchange process:
Return your existing item.
You'll need to pay for shipment charges for the new item you've selected.
If the replacement item is the same value as your original purchase, there won't be any additional charges, except for shipping costs.
However, if your chosen replacement has a higher value than your original purchase, you'll be responsible for covering the price
