We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt)
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately at habib@habibithobe.com, and we will resolve the issue.
6. EXCHANGES
To exchange an item:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order for the replacement
Alternatively, contact us for assistance — additional shipping charges may apply.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- If cancelled after dispatch, refund will be issued minus any return or recovery costs
If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery to avoid return shipping costs.
8. PROMOTIONS AND DELIVERY FEES
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- If free shipping was applied, the original delivery cost may be deducted from your refund
- Promotional discounts may be adjusted if items are returned
9. RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns will not be accepted if items are:
- Worn, washed, or damaged
- Marked with perfume, deodorant, or makeup
- Altered in any way
10. EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still meet the standard return conditions listed above.
11. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you if your refund is approved
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please note:
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us
12. PROCESSING TIMES
- Returns are typically processed within 10 days of receipt
- During busy periods (e.g. Ramadan), processing may take up to 21 days
